Hi all. We found an odd leak in our dometic sink yesterday. A few small drips from the bottom of the bowl which would suggest a pin hole leak. This seems weird to happen with a metal sink, we can’t see any obvious hole or what might have caused it. Sealed for now with some gaffa tape. Any ideas or anyone seen this before?

Could it be the seal around the waste outlet isn't sealing properly?

Paint this on. Excellent stuff.

I had similar in a sink bought from wickes.
Stainless steel ( 🤔) started leeking after about 10 years. Held up to the light and a series of pin holes in the flat bottom .
Took it back to wickes and they gave me a 20% discount on a new one.

You need to make the van pitch black inside and point the torch underneath the sink while looking down from the top, any pinehole should be visable.

Do you use bleach in the sink regularly? Bleach and stainless steel do’t mix well!
