Kitchen light bulb replacement

Easy question for those who know! How do I get the light unit out of the ceiling fitting so that I can replace the bulb, please?

Yes. Use a small screwdriver or similar to push the spring clip you see at about 4 o'clock in the picture sideways and the glass lens drops out. It will break if you let it hit something hard! The old bulb just pulls out sideways. Hold the new one with a tissue or similar when replacing the bulb, If you touch it with fingers it will quickly go black. Getting the glass lens back in can be the real a challenge!
