Switched on my EC480 control this morning and all l have is a 'smokey' looking screen no graphics.. I have switched the power off and on with no change. I've tried it on hook up off and on again but still no change, no features etc.
I've tried to reset by holding top and bottom but no graphics showing on the screen anyway.
We've been out and about the past 5 weeks with no problem whatsoever.
Please advise if you can
Many thanks

Hopefully someone who knows about them will be along soon. Anything on YouTube about them? On my ec panel I can reset by removing the cable from the back. Just a thought but wouldn’t want to damage yours.

An update on my previous question re EC480 control panel.
I found a local garage that included MH's etc. They recommended, ordered and fitted a new panel from Sargent.
They also pointed out that there is a memory card (blue line) in place on the reverse of the panel and left it on the old panel.
Can anyone throw any light on what the memory card is for and if it is necessary to include or swap the memory card on the new panel?

It's probably a fairly generic board that's sold to lots of manufacturers. All the graphics and configuration about what sensors are plugging into which pins, as well as the software itself will be stored on the card.

Ring or message Sargent they will tell you, but probably your Motorhome make logo etc
