Rally Kelso 22nd to 25th June 2018

Puddleduck created a new event:

Kelso 2018

Following on from the rally in 2017 I hope to run an event in 2018 at the same venue

This time I will be raising funds for MPNVoice, a low key fund raising effort but surplus funds will be given to this very worthwhile cause.

Like the Millport rally I will be asking for a non-refundable deposit and the balance to be paid prior to the start of the rally (details yet to be sorted). This will really help save time and also make sure that there is no loss due to people saying they will attend and then not turning up. Any and all surplus funds to go to the charity. http://www.mpnvoice.org.uk/

On the Friday night (arrival night) I am thinking I might do a soup and stovies supper so that no-one has to think about a meal the night they arrive.

Other ideas (volunteers will be co-opted to help out with cooking and other events nearer the time) are a haggis tasting, a dance on the field or in the stable yard, a bring and buy table, bingo, raffle etc etc.

The minimum number of vans to make this event happen is 20.
