Hi all
ive got the awning above, which I am mostly pleased with however I would like some device please.
one of my corner legs(tubes) seems to crumple or give way a bit when its a bit windy! Other tubes remain upright, could this be because the tube inside has twisted inside the zipped cover?

Also when quite windy the awning deforms itself and then pops back up again? Is this normal, should it do this? I realise that by letting the wind go and collapsing slightly it relives the strain on the awning and the van but it is a Bit unnerving! What sort of wind speed will the air pro awnings stand up to? Any advice appreciated. Probably guessed I am new to using an awning. Reason for buying one is so that I can stay for a week or two on sites, don’t usually bother as we normally move about a bit. Thanks all

We had the 390 xl version, we found the reason one of the legs buckled / twisted was because the awning wasn't on level ground.
Unlike a poled awning you can't adjust the height of the leg to take in any unevenness so the legs bends.
Once the legs bends then it will just collapse when under load from the wind.
We often had to unzip the leg cover to straighten the air leg but it would just twist right back again.
We have seen this on many other air awnings, our fix was we sold it and bought the poles version, much better in our opinion especially if you aren't level.

Ours did that in high winds last week, I upped the pressure to 12psi and that cured it.
Cheers nige
