I always have to log in when using the laptop - but hardly ever using the desktop at home. I think it's something to do with the cookie cache or something like that. It was explained in a thread once upon a time. Never bothers me.

You've probably got the browser on your laptop set to clear cookies when shutting down like mine.

I changed my password recently and kept forgetting to tick the keep me logged on box, so I’ve logged on several times in the last week.
