Peugeot Boxer mk2 20
Hello all,

I have had the Peugeot Boxer 2 (2.2 litre engine I think) for a few months now and it has always had a strange engine shudder in any gear and usually between 1.5k and 2k revs if I maintain a constant fuel delivery via the accel pedal (so not accelerating nor foot off). Either side of this rev range is no bother.
Also if I pull away gradually, power delivery stops at 2k unless I put the foot to the floor at which point it springs back to life. Now that I know about this and usually 'drive around' this issue but I was wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar? I hope what I have written makes some kind of sense?
I am guessing these things might be linked and maybe some issue with fuel delivery??
Any advice or thoughts would be great
Many thanks
Mark

Someone with more knowledge of this will be along but is this the same judder problem from years ago?

Gadget John did something on this problem a year or so back on his YouTube channel.

If you are getting a flat spot at a certain throttle pedal position it’s possibly the potentiometer in the pedal assembly. You would need to check the resistance and/or get some diagnostics.
