Booking as part of MotorhomeFun will get you a £2 discount and will alllow you to camp with us, the fastest growing motorhoming community on the internet:Smile:

Camping is available from Thursday to Monday and the prices are based on 2 adults and up to 3 children (5-14 years old) per unit, additional adults (15+ years old) will be charged at £12 per person. (All campers must be off site by 12noon on 24 May)

Prices are for club members who pre-book with Warners before the pre-booking closing date. Members who do not pre-book will be parked in the General camping area and not with Motorhome Fun and will not receive the £2 pre-booking discount.


Camping Prices:
Thursday arrival - £29.00
Friday arrival - £27.00
Saturday arrival - £23.00

When booking make sure you select Motorhome Fun as your club.

Where it asks for 'Membership Number' please enter your username. That will help when we are trying to marry up details with the organisers.



Please reply to this thread once you have booked with the event organisers, you will then be added to the list of current attendees.

We had a good meet here last year, over 30 vans and around 60 people squashed into our small gazebo in the evening.:Eek!: If this years get together is half as good you will love it, so get your self booked:thumb:

Just booked it, Ray and Geri:thumb::thumb: be arriving quite late though as I dont finish work until 8pm and the time I get there be around 10ish pm:Smile:
 
Newbury Show

Hi

We will be attending Newbury show with Motorhome Fun :Smile: Have booked tickets to arrive from Thursday. Didn't check your thread properly & put membership no instead of user name :Doh: Have emailed organisers with User name also, so hopefully you'll still be able to keep track of our booking. :RollEyes:

Newbury Meet/rally

Nannyjan has booked for Newbury and I have informed them I am with Motorhomefun club so looking forward to meeting you all for my first meeting. Yippee cant wait.

This will be my first meeting can ;you give me any tips on what time to arrive and best place to park, I know it will be in the motorhomefun area but I mean best not under trees etc. When to fill with water etc and will there be hook ups. Is there anywhere that I can read up on all this so that I dont look a complete novice. Even though I am one. Really excited and looking forward to my first meeting.

Hi NannyJan, when you turn up, the organisers will point you to the MotorhomeFun Pitch. You will then be met by our the Rally Marshal which will probably be me, I look exactly like my avatar:Smile: You can arrive anytime between 9am and 8pm on the Friday or the Saturday. There will be plenty of water. No electric hook up but will be a generator or two there if you need to put some juice in your batteries. We don't stand on ceremony and our get-to-gethers are very informal affairs.

Anyone else want to join us? Newbury is a great show. Yards of the M4 jubnction with the A34. We will have the Marquee with is, there will be a heater in it for the evening.

Hi nannyjan. It is usual practice at Funsters' Meets to bring a case of John Smith's Original Bitter and leave it by the side door the dirty, old, rusty black van with a fingerprint on it.
