There's been a lot of discussion about power packs on the forum recently & we are tempted to buy one primarily for back up at home (rural area prone to power cuts) but maybe also to carry in the motorhome for when camping without EHU as don't have an invertor & do love our Remoska! The Black Friday price on the Explorer 1000 V2 https://uk.jackery.com/products/explorer-1000-v2-portable-power-station with fold down handle is £499 reduced to £489 or maybe £474 with the codes above.
Considering adding the car charging cable & maybe the bag which are also discounted if bought with the power station - once added to the basket the cable reduces from £29.99 to £9.90 & the bag reduces from £69.00 to £19.90 but if adding both the cable stays at £29.99 & the bag goes down to £19.90!
I can't decide if the bag is really necessary so would appreciate feedback from current Jackery owners on how scratch resistant & durable the casing of the power pack is?

It's intended use is to charge up the Jackery when driving along but don't know if it works the other way - will try & find out...

The car charging cable allows you to recharge your power pack, via your 12v car socket. Not the other way.

I cannot answer for the Anker but the EcoFlow Delta 2 certainly can and will power at 800 watts (allowing for starting surge) for a little over an hour when fully charged.

The Delta 2 can definitely cope with the starting surge and the maths is simple. 100% charge is 1024 WattsH. So an 800 watt microwave should function for at least an hour. There will be a surge on power up and microwaves are typically used in short cycles of 10 mins or less with a surge on each power up which is why it is sensible to give you the conservative figure of at least an hour.

The pricing when adding accessories is strange - when just adding the charger it goes down to £9.90 but when adding the bag & charger it slightly reduces to £29.10 (because of SAVE3 discount code) but takes £49 off the bag - guess only one website discount on these accessories automatically applies.

I am not sure about a mobility scooter (Would need details of battery size etc.) but certainly the Delta 2 and likely the others will charge an Ebike. That is one of the main reasons why I purchased.

P.S. Be aware that Black Friday offers on the Delta 2 seem to be drying up fast but still available on Amazon at £599 (in theory reconditioned but in practice brand new)

Jackery is more compact, lighter & cheaper than the similar version by Anker but can't advise on which one of these works best or whether that would be the Ecoflow as no experience yet of any of these. Hopefully some on here can share their experience of the different brands...
