After a lot of soul searching ( and nursing a sore foot ) I decided to sell my 1200GS LC TE

After the brain fart 2 years ago I never did really get the strength back on the right side.. 4 weeks ago, while doing a u turn, I dropped the bugger... Picking it up was no problem.. but it was dropping it in the first place that was the issue.

Got a new one coming in two weeks time..I wanted something that I could still do Italy on comfortably, but something I could better handle stationary.. So it had to be a minimum of 500cc and be able to cruise at 80 - 90 without effort....
I will be honest and say I am a bit embarrassed by what I have ordered, but if someone guesses it, I will admit to it LOL!!!

You've had one sat on your tail for many a long mile.

Not too late to change your mind !

You did say "over 500" but I guess an NC750X DCT would not be close either.

Will you call it Elsie ?

"I'm going to give Elsie a sound thrashing".

Ahhh... my dreadful, shameful secret is out... MP3 500 LC Sport ABS... I take delivery in about 2 weeks

What are you playing at? I’ll never keep up with you on the Thetford Bash ride out now! ::bigsmile:

It would go a lot faster if it didn’t have that big sail sitting on it :D

But if it didn’t have that big sail on it, it would lose all the wind (;)) power! :D

I must admit that for me it's not the most comfortable of things to ride. I get backache after a relatively short distance but for everything else it's great to take with the van.
