Hi all,
Over a week ago now we used an autostrada toll from Piacenza to near Siena. Our France tolls have been showing in our Fulli app, but this one (only toll) in Italy has not registered yet.
I emailed Fulli on Thursday morning (3rd April) but no reply.
Does anyone know how long before italian tolls appear ?
Am nervous as have read that some italian toll gates will just open regardless and you have to pay a fixed fee, but have no idea if this is the case or how to do so.
As we approached both the entry and exit gates (in the T lane) they opened without issuing a ticket.

Cheers

Any countries other than France don't appear on your Fulli account until said country invoice Fulli at the beginning of the following month.
Other Funsters have found that Italian tolls can take two months to appear on your Fulli account.
I agree it is disconcerting when they don't show up but if the gates opened you should be fine.

Italy and Portugal seem to do month end accounts.

If you went through a toll gate yesterday or today then:
They will bill Fulli end of April.
Fulli then also seem to do month end accounts (sometimes) and so will bill you end of May.
Which if you have a Credit card as your chosen method of payment, it could be on the end of June bill,
Which you pay before the end of July!

France are more efficient, the billing is usually next day, or at least within the week.
Spain, seems to be when they get around to it. but usually within a week or two

We found Spain invoiced monthly when we were there last year.

Don’t worry about Italy. They take a couple of months in our experience for charges to appear.
Thanks. We got on a toll today from Pisa and again the gate opened as soon as we approached to enter and exit.
Mainly also curious on what the cost will be. At least on the French tolls you can see the charges.

Thanks

Can’t quote exact figure but we blatted across northern Italy and back almost exclusively on the tolled Autostrade when heading to Greece a couple of years ago, and I didn’t think the charges were excessive - certainly less than the French equivalents.
