Issue with Solax Battery - Seeking Advice (2 Viewers)

Hi Funster

Had a solar system up and running at home since March last year with 4 x 3kwh Solax triple power batteries with no issues at all. Last week a Solax tech upgraded the firmware on the inverter/bms and within an hour I had several system faults: -

1. BMS_Volsen
2. BMS_Circuit
3. BMS 536 Fault

This in turn was reported back to me that one of the three batteries had a fault. To be fair to Solax sent out a new one under warranty which arrived today. I’ve balanced all batteries and the system is back up and running.

The question to all you battery builders out there is can the battery be saved/ repaired or is it fit for scrap? It seems a waste as I do not think there is anything major wrong, I just don’t know who to repair it!
