Firstly apologies for posting something similar again, I asked a question in a thread about lithium batteries but I think it was the wrong place to ask, as it got a bit lost in the main topic.

I was away at the weekend on a campsite with EHU. All was working fine for the first few days… we had the heating running quite a lot using combo of gas and electric to keep the van at a comfortable temperature.

On Sunday morning our Fogstar 230ah battery was at 60% SOC and the control panel was no longer showing any incoming power (which it had the previous day). Weirdly the fridge was still running on mains supply and the Truma control panel was showing power coming from the EHU and using electricity for the heating.

I checked the consumer unit and all looks fine, nothing had tripped but I reset them all anyway. I also checked the EHU bollard and that looked fine too. I swapped to a different socket but no difference. Also now plugged in at home to a 3 pin socket in the house and getting the same issue.

Battery/cell temperatures all look fine in the Fogstar app.

I’ve found a DC-DC charger under the passenger seat, but can’t find the mains battery charger… is it built into the unit that holds the fuses (see pic)?

The van is a Pilote Atlas 696g.

Any thoughts or suggestions are very welcome. Cheers Steve
