Maybe they ought to do a scour of the area and report all the non-road legal vehicles, ie no mot , insuranc, taxed or anything they just don't like the look of. The MH isn't doing anything illegal, just parking as other vehicles are allowed to do.

I suspect that is done automatically now.
Here in London you would not get away with an untaxed/uninsured/un MoT'ed vehicle for more than a few days.

You would be picked up by the multiple ANPR cameras when you moved it, and if you did not move it, it would be picked up by the traffic wardens.

No Tax/MOT/Insurance (or parking permit) in my road I'd measure my time in hours not days!

I fail to see why the van is an eyesore, it’s just a van. As for the mileage undertaken there can be lots of reasons why ANY van does limited mileage. We certainly don’t do the mileage that Swift seem to suggest is mileage, largely because we don’t go abroad and three hours travel or only about 150 miles takes us to many different areas of the country.
