All the “vents” or what look like vents are taped up in our Bailey Advance.
Is this factory or did previous owner do this?
Thanks

It looks to be just a gaffer type tape, so a previous owners attempt at draught excluding. Manufacturers build in these air circulation designs for a reason, it does just that and helps prevent damp.

Blocked vents will enable condensation ... they are there to ventilate and help prevent it ..

Be careful pulling the gaffer tape off... it may also pull the 'veneer' off ,

on some boards it is little more than printed paper.... ..ease it gradually making sure the 'veneer' is not lifting..

As above.

Also a little heat from a hair dryer may help the gaffer tape to come off by loosening the glue.

There is a BS standard to specify how much fixed ventilation is required for a certain volume in a caravan/MH. Cant remember what it is though.

If you block some up where its troublesome, i.e near your feet , there's still some incorporated in the roof lights, but never block the gas drop vents under the appliances or where there is a gas joint.

My van has the covers over the floor which I turn around to point away from the habitation area if there's a draught
