When renewing over 70 with any medical condition the licence is three years I thought. If the question is, how long have you held a UK licence? Then the answer is the number of years from the date from when you first had a UK licence. Maybe different if you have been banned at some time then I would assume it is from when you got it reinstated.
i.e. you don't have a new licence every three years when over 70 you simply renew the previous one.
The question is what licence do you have and the answer is a three year one. Suggestions of ring, yes but I can find a number. Most companies refer you to do it online. LV on line application is a nightmare as you can see from my question.
