I have the Victron 1200 inverter fitted and linked to two 110amp eco tree lithium.
These are charged by my 400x100w solar through a Victron 100/30 mppt and a Victron 30amp B to B.
Everything works OK. Batteries are fully charged.
Problem is the inverter is cutting out under load.
I have for the past two years used a 900 w kettle no problem. Last couple of days it won’t boil and the inverter cycles on and off.
Today tried using our spin drier 240 v.
It normally draws around 55 amps on start up and then drops to around 28 amps running. Three times it cut out at 55 amps.
My logic would be that the inverter is on the way out.
Any advice would be appreciated .
Lenny HB or others.
Thanks Graham

Check the inverter wiring terminals for security and tightness at both ends.
If any are loose it will restrict volt and amp flow.

You trying to confuse me talking about mains devices then quoting 12v current drain.

A Victron 1200va Inverter I think is rated at 1000 watts so approx 80 amps at 12.8v (lithium voltage under load).
As John says check all your wiring.
If it is the inverter Victron stuff has a 5 year warranty.
