Hi, Has anyone had to make a claim through their insurance or for breakdown ,we are renewing ours shortly and have had some good quotes, but until you need to claim you don't know how efficient they really are ! If anyone has feedback it would be appreciated .

We received a very good service from Comfort, for a breakdown and an accident repair job ( two separate incidents ).
Therefore I would be very happy to recommend them from my experience.

I would recommend NFU . Not cheap but good.

We have also had great breakdown service twice from Comfort Insurance, once in France and once in the UK. At the time Comfort used the AA and they were super helpful, keeping us fully informed and bending over backwards to find a garage to fix our van in France in August and that's no mean feat. However, Comfort now use a company called ARAG who we don't have any experience of.

+1 for Comfort. We have used their breakdown service without any penalty.

Been with them for about 10 years now.
