INFORMAL MEET HAWICK 31st July - 2nd Aug

For those of us that are making our way from Edinburgh to Drax...or anyone else passing through. Hawick has a dedicated motorhome area of 18 spaces but a car park that holds 400 vehicles in the unlikely event the aire section is full. A 2 minute walk to town and the lovely park. Free water and elsan point.

We are hoping to be in Hawick for the 31st but have to be in Kelso for the 1st of August. (not going to Drax)

I know of 8 vans now that will be there, not all funsters but just reiterating this is a public aire so anyone can turn up/be there. In the unlikely event the aire is full , There are 400 car park spaces so you will get in somewhere!

Boiler update. Working fine now with the new filter and tee piece for both bottles permanently connected but still without the isolation valve. Off to Dumfries tomorrow to pick up a secondhand 2014 build Combi 6E for a winter project or maybe bring it to Drax in case members of the exclusive boiler engineers club get bored with the music. Letting sleeping dogs lie with the current one. If it works don´t fix it. atb

I'm working this week doing some recovery work for my mate we would have been there we are heading to Blackpool next weekend for their airshow.
