My iNet box has a Vodafone PAYG sim with credit.

If I put the sim in a phone I can call it in and out but when the sim is in the iNet box the txt messages fail to send.



Any ideas?

Is the SIM a new one and is it 2g?

Have you put the correct phone number of the sim in your Truma app? I’d probably delete and reinstall the app and go through the pairing process again. Remember to use the phone country code.
