Does anyone know what the current rules regarding vat and import duty for importing used from France are please?

Thinking of a better buggy and a lot more choice in France.You “upgrading” to a Notin Jon?
Theres a Notin here, looks like a daily chassis with a smart garage but absolutely definitely not for me.
