T Mobile have a problem with their charges to access the net,
Last night I couldn't access and thought there was a technical problem, so I called them to find out, only to discover my account was empty, £36 had been used up in ONE DAY ..
I spoke to customer services who advised not to use for at least 24 hrs until the problem was resolved.. they reimbursed my money ..
Im on '3' at present ..
