imobilizer fault

Hi everyone i have a 2007 peugoet boxer camper which i took the battery out of over winter to charge up, i refitted it again & now the imobilizer light is staying on & it wont start, the manual says the key isint reconised, i tryed the spare key same problem, i was told to get ECU, key, ignition & Bsi box from another one, which i got & changed over but same problem, would anyone know what the problem might be

Older Fiat immobiliser just break down over time. I (and at least a dozen others) had to cut out the receiver unit bolted to side of the fuel pump and disable the factory immobiliser or fit a new fuel pump without the immobiliser device.

is that the common rail pressure pump as it dosent have an injector pump
