Agreed, but what’s with those ridiculous little plastic things at the bottom that close off the flow of wine. Such a nuisance.

I have never found a bottle where the original Cork turned upside down doesn't fit. Only for between glasses I wouldn't like anyone think I don't finish the bottle.
While in the van we use 3L white, which fits in the fridge door for swmbo and up to 5L red which I prefer at room temperature. The boxes are lighter and take up less space.

I'm trying to get my head around the idea that the new van has 'set him back' so much financially that he is reduced to buying wine with PLASTIC 'corks'!
