I have a coolent leak on my Burstner aviano3ltr from a large metal pipe above the engine and can’t locate a replacement can anyone help please

Best try and post a photo of the offending pipe and also details of year and spec of base vehicle, is it a Merc or Ducato etc

Maybe worthwhile going to an engineer shop and getting one made up if u cant source a genuine spare

The Burstner Aviano 3Lt has an Iveco Lump.

Have you got Alde heating? If so it sounds like a heat exchanger pipe so it won't be a Fiat part.
