I have just made another purchase, a restored 1966 Suzuki K11p, 80cc 2 stroke single in black, being picked up and delivered next week,(hopefull before we go to Grand Canaria on Thursday,
I probably won't ride it much at all, I mainly bought it because it is the same bike I taught my late sister to ride on, later on she went to her first TT on it with her husband, and some Factory Suzuki mechanics and officials saw my sister riding it and insisted on having photos taken with her on her bike, they then presented her with a mechanics race cap signed by all the team riders at that time, Hugh Anderson, Michio Itoh, Ernst Degner etc, nostalgis rules!
May have to sell something to make room in the garage !:(

I had one of those little bikes in the 60s went to two up touring on it in the Yorkshire Dales. Does the P bit of the K11P mean that it has Posi Force lubrication mine must have been the one of the last premix new in 65

I don’t know yet, it may not be a K11p, just a. K11,I’ll find out next week.

Very nice too, however I wish you'd stop posting about these bikes you keep buying, us Funsters have known to get jealous at such wanton spending on classic beauties like these!!

Sorry, but I get these urges doc............!

As a consequence of buying the Suzuki K11, I need to make room in my garage, so my 1975 Yamaha DT400 is for sale, I will put an ad in classifieds.

That Suzuki is lovely... you just need a bigger garage.
