HYmer wing mirror issue

Hi All,

Can anyone advise how to tighten a Hymer (2000) B544 wing mirror? It is lose where the mirror structure attaches to the side of the van. How is the mirror attached to the van, from inside? Anyway it's moving around and shuddering making me ill looking in it! My finger is pointing at the little gap between a plate on the van and the mirror assembly.

Not normally tightened from the inside.

Looks like it slots into the bracket. On mine they are held on by rivet nuts I think. Can you disassemble the mirror and see if it loosens anything?

Mine (2003 B544) are held in place by four screws, I know because I've recently taken them off to paint the brackets.
I think they may screw into something substantial, possibly the frame supporting the drop down bed ?
Yours look to be a different arrangement
