Clear cut camper vans Barnstaple stock an identical pattern socket.
I fitted some in my 2019 Hymer. Really helpful team if you need to contact them.

The Hymer switches are not high gloss.

However I have found a company called Clearcut Campervan Design that sells the actual Hymer chrome outer frame which they call "Chrome Square Design". They are in Devon but sell from their website and also on eBay. They also sell the CBE 12v and 240v sockets and the black support frame you need to fill the gap between the CBE unit and the outer frame (as shown on the bottom 240v socket on your photo). They sell them in single, double of triple units. The bad news is that they do not sell the single of double light switches that Hymer use, as in the top part of your photo.

This is their website It is a bit confusing because none of the photos show the frame you want until you drill down a bit Click on the single or double frame and then you get the options. Or it may be better to phone them.

The CBE ones are quite a good match the main difference is they are dark grey not black so they are OK as long as you are not putting them next to a Hymer one.
