Hymer Starline Basic Information

I have an elderly Hymer Starline 640. The manual is vague in places. I can't locate the water tank drainage point. Also, what is the 'Bar' version? See, I said it was basic.

How elderly.?
My 2006 the drain for the fresh water tank is a plug on a chain inside the tank. So with clean hands you open the top cap (blue and about 120mm across) and pull on the chain. If you mean the waste tank it’s behind the back wheel on the near side on mine.
‘Bar version’ refers to a table attached to the wall behind the drivers seat. There is a single seatbelted seat behind it which I think also swivels. The other option is called a dinette version where there is a bench seat behind the freestanding table with 2 seatbelts. I don’t have the bar version so I may be out on the details

I have a 2000 starline and as above there is a plug inside the water tank that you pull to drain the water
Waste water is a tap behind the rear wheel
