HYMER B544
We have a 1998 built RHD B544 and I can't find the leisure battery..Its not under the driver's seat.I've not taken up the passenger seat yet because it looks just as sealed there as was the driver's side. There appears to be something under the mat fitting inside the main door ( which is on the offside )...is that it ? I haven't yet managed to get the mat fitting up because the screws are all rusty/chewed heads.
Any pointers much appreciated !

Hi & welcome! :hi: Hopefully someone will be along to advise on this soon...

Consensus seems to suggest stater battery located in floor well, and leisure battery under one of the driver/passenger seats.

On some hymers it is behind a panel beside the driver/passenger. You won't see it without opening the cupboard and taking out the panel

Next to passenger seat…LHD….carpet on top of wooden panel…lift it up…under there…

If it’s the classic version the leisure battery is in a different place,
Carol has the classic version so maybe able to help.

Thanks very much...I did notice the big black plastic panel on the floor to the right of the driver's seat. I'm always keen to take things apart altho not always able to figure out how they go back ! I couldn't see a way to get this panel up,not least because the handbrake mechanism sits on top of it,and there didn't seem to be enough space under the 3 vertical cupboards with lift up lids,to get it out. I'll investigate a bit more....

Thanks to everyone for their advice. Yes it is down to the right of the handbrake. It looked like carpet was glued down to the black plastic panel on the floor, but if you put a screwdriver under the edge of the carpet and lever upwards, hey presto, all is revealed.
Does anyone know who might stock parts for an even older Ducato than ours ? Our friend has an M registered motorhome which needs a lump of metal replacing which looks like the thermostat housing to me...

Thanks, enjoying it,always good to get some help, hope I can pass something on too
Glad to see that you found the Hab battery Alice. (y) On our 1999 Hymer, it was in the same place.

BTW, if you are staying with us Alice, you'll need to sort out annual subs, which will open up a wealth of information, as well as social activity for you. (y)

Cheers for now,
