just completed 6th year
hi all hope you have all had a good Christmas a friend has just arrived to the site I am on its the first time she has used her hymer it's just had a habital service now when the water is switched on its low pressure and water comes out of a pipe just behind the left hand rear wheel, I hope someone can help me sort it for her many thanks

Sounds like to frost protection valve is open. Worth trying closing it then refill and switch on the water supply.

Yes agreed does sound like the frost protection. I would run the heating - not hot water for 1/2 hour. Could also as an option put a hot water bottle over the protection valve for ten minutes, the black gizmo accessed from one of the side lockers with a blue top and blue button. It also could be the boiler drain tap is open located in the same area.

My Hymer has 3 drain off points, one from the fresh water tank, one from the hot tank plus the frost protection valve. The fresh is at the rear the other 2 are close together near the boiler.

Hi thanks for the advice, it was a valve by the water heater it was stuck open, sorted now nothing like what was in the manual, Thanks for help & advice
