HYMER B 634SL DUO
HI wondering if anybody with a Hymer has details of what the error codes are that show on the habitation control panel .I have a Hymer 2017, BSL 634 Duo Mobil.
Yesterday I plugged into the mains to put the heating on overnight due to suspected frost . During that time ALL 240 and 12v supply in the habitation side electrics failed, Checked fuses and trips , all ok. Spent an hour or so trying to identify any problem. Then this morning went into the MH and the power is on, without having altered anything. However It is now showing an error code E201 on the control panel , obviously not a clue as to what that means.
If any one can offer advice on the error codes it would be appreciated and as to why everything would fail and come back on the next day. I believe they have self healing fuses installed on some circuits . If one does blow does anyone know how long it takes to heal?
thanks
Roy

Sorry! Never heard of self-healing fuses, this will be interesting?

I can't think why you would lose both 240v & 12v, the 240v sockets are wired straight to the consumer unit independent of the 12v side.
Unless you have an inverter with the auto switchover, the Waco inverter that Hymer installed as a factory option has this feature.
The mains switchover failure is a common problem with the Waco units, I'm wondering if it failed and the inverter was on which in turn flattened the batties so the EBL cut out due to low voltage. The fault may be intermittent and the unit was OK in the morning and had put some charge back into the batteries.

If it is the mains switchover you can bypass the inverter by unplugging the male & Femail IEC connectors on the back of the inverter and plug the leads together, means no inverter but your sockets will be working on mains.

Don't know what the error code means I would email "Udo.LanATschaudt-gmbh.de" (replace AT with @)

However It is now showing an error code E201 on the control panel ,
I’ve searched my handbook for that code and cannot find anything #121 is lack of gas but no 201.
my van is a 2018 B678DL with some features of duo mobile🤔
can only assume E is for electric as for 201 I believe there are some codes that only Truma know and don’t publicise?

Here’s a list :
I think the error is on the control panel the SL has an LCD panel like Hymers of old.

Which EBL model is it? On most there is only one self-resetting fuse (also called a polyfuse or polyswitch) on the step motor, but quite a few on some of them. They take a minute or two to reset once power is removed.
