Hymer drop down bed rattle

I have a 2018 Hymer B534 Duomobile and I have tried everything to stop the overhead bed from rattling when travelling such as packing things in tight etc. It is clippity clop all the time? Does anyone know of a fix for this, or modified parts that I could purchase to cure this? I am sure other people must have the same problem.

I think they all make a bit of noise, mine mostly just squeaks which can be cured by making sure it's pushed up as far as possible and secured with the strap.
If it's a mechanical type rattle I'd suggest checking your nuts for tightness.

My one does not have a strap, it is secured with a spring loaded pin at each side in the middle. I could be totally wrong but I kind of got it in my mind that the bed was rattling from side to side against the nylon blocks where the pins go in. I thought Hymer might have a mod now. The ones with the strap were great. I just used to put pillows and duvets up there and tighten the strap, no bother.
If you try putting pillows etc. on this bed you can't shove it up high enough to line up and engage the pins?
