Hi, what scooter was it modified for and what is the actual modification ?

I had to sell mine as it wouldn't fit the wide fairings on my Suzuki Burgman but could be interested if this fits.

@Parapilot
High thanks for interest
I have a Honda PCX 125
I struggled on straping down the scooter due to the body width so I have had extra bars added at the backt to match the two at the front where you can strap down to. I have extended the trailer board out to give more room as well. I have altered the mudguards so they detach from the trailer. Replaced wheel bearings perfect now........then went and bought a new MH with a garage
Otherwise I wouldn’t be selling it.
If you need anything else give me your number and I’ll give you a call. Hope this helps.

Yes it's the 650. I found the wide front fairing and foot plates fouled against the lifting mechanism.

Technical spec says it's only 50mm wider than the 400 but might be more of a difference lower down ?

Yes that 25mm either side would be enough , but a small mod to the box section where it pins to the parallelogram mechanism should fix that but the 650 is a heavy bike for this set up . Mine is a twin lift but needs to be on a USRV to handle the weight all up .

I have had a conversation with Hydratrail and @ 250kg they still have a healthy safety margin built in
It seems the decision to limit to 250kg was made to protect owners from over loading average European Motorhome rear chassis and floors
I also used an American RV with mine , i would agree with @tacr2man 250kg max on a Euro Box
