(Apologies if this is covered elsewhere, but I didn’t find anything.)
My front indicators and daylight running lights were fine but after several months parked up they’re now intermittent, on both sides. I’ve read about the problem of cracked and then corroded headlamp wiring harnesses, so wanted to check out the harnesses, first.
Problem: I can’t get the headlamp out, because a wing of the black plastic radiator grille (see red arrow) comes across part of the headlamp unit.
The plastic moulding is bolted on at the top of both sides (red circle), but removing those two bolts won’t let it come forward. It must be fixed in some other hidden way …
Anyone know how to release the black grille?
