How to play music from phone in Peugeot Boxer?

Hi, I have an Elddis Evolution Motorhome which has a Peugeot Boxer cabin and controls. I have been trying for a long time to connect my Galaxy S8 mobile phone to the sound system. However, when following the instructions in the Peugeot handbook, I just receive the message "No Media Available" each time. So, I have been forced to listen to dreadful French pop stations rather than ABBA and Bruce Springsteen recently!

Can anyone please help?

How are you trying to connect?

You can connect the phone via Bluetooth. But only the phone part.
The media part (music) needs connecting via the USB socket below.

.. and the phone needs to be set for File Transfer via USB, the option should come up on the phone screen when you connect it.

I use one of those too. Works very well. There are lots of similar but cheaper ones on ebay ☺

Do you have an IPad,plug in USB socket under central dash and then you can listen to 100s of radio stations and Amazon music etc. We regularly have Google maps guiding us and music both through IPad.

Our fiat ducato radio xzent thingy radio,sat nav,dab is cack you can hardly hear it through the fiat speakers.
