Well it says its going to use around 4 amps at 12v, but don't know if that is continuous or intermittent.

EDITED as I don't think it's a compressor box.

40 hours easy less inverter if using 240v

I'm hoping to hook it up to 12v..
work on nearer 50 , it wont use more than 5a per hour, and thats if it runs flat out. Some do run flat out more if the insulation isnt very good.

PLUS if you put some ice packs in when you set off you'd be able to extend at least another 12 or so.

If you use additional ice packs( the ones you freeze up) in the fridge and pack your meds in an insulated container, if should reduce the current useage. (y)

I,m sure you probably get it cold on mains at home before you leave as well.
You dont mention how you charge your lithium so potentially couldnt you run without draining the fridge.
One thing i found when running a Dometic freezer in the boot of our PVC The exterior got hot thus making it have to work even harder so if you can have it in an open space it will use less power and more like the power stated on the label

Sorry also you are on a ferry DEEER

We ran our Dometic three way fridge via the inverter on a 12 hour crossing set at 2 on a scale of 5. Using the inverter and 200 amps lithium. We used the inverter as 240 is temp controlled as against the 12 volt on continuously. We also had the Dometic cx35 set at minus 14c over the twelve hours the batteries run down to 56% soc. This is just hopefully to give you and indication of. Amps used.
