Need to get a new fridge. The old Dometic one came out no problem but then realised it was 10mm wider then the door opening!.Looks like I need to take the cassette off which has the fly screen ( this makes the door opening 20mm narrower),2 screws at the top and 2 on the floor and the lock section which has 3 Allen keys.Is that all?.
Any advice will be appreciated

Mark

Our screen had two screws at the bottom and needed to be slid off two keyhole fixings at the top by pushing upwards.

Been told by the dealers they take the fridge out by the front passenger door

Same for our fridge, but as our fridge is the tall version, so both the drivers and passengers seats and bases have to be removed and possibly the passenger door has to come off as well. A good incentive not to change to a compressor fridge at present. :giggle:

Is it not possible to remove the fridge door instead.
The Dometic fridge I have and I suspect the OP has, have the setting buttons in a top panel over the top of the door the same shape as the door when the door is closed, so nothing to be gained by removing the door unfortunately. :(
