How do you clean yours when travelling?

We're hitting the road for an extended period later this year, and months on the road is going to make for one very dirty van.

My plan was to get a telescopic brush, a bucket and sponge, and periodically give her wash. Is that what most others do?

What's are your implements of choice?

I've got a telescopic brush padlocked onto the scooter rack (after some magpie walked off with my last one)
Just make a little stainless bracket for it

I bet the padlock and bracket cost more than the brush!
