Here you go - this is a link the the thread you are looking for (they are usually in the 'scheduled rallies' section. Just post on there that you've booked & check that you've filled the form in

Thank you but I must be really thick as to send a post from there I have to presumably say I'm booked, I filled in the form after booking and it asks to send a post, maybe it's cus I have a kindle only, how do I send a post from that page when there's nowhere to write a post?

Click on the link Debs has provided.
You've already booked with the organisers?
Fill in Jim's form at no. 3
Click the tab "Discussion " next to "Details" and just write something like "booked, Jim's form filled in, arriving on.......day".
Job done.
