Hi I've just joined and am looking for a thread/group which tells me how and with what hardware and software I can re-program the TPMS module on my 2018 Fiat Ducato as I'm about to replace my tyres and TPMS sensors - they are all over 6 years old. Many thanks for any info provided. David

As with most things Fiat it will probably be with http://www.multiecuscan.net/. But I'm not entirely sure, never having done it. Someone will know for sure soon enough.

Meanwhile, welcome to the fun (y)

Or another way to do it is to clone the existing TPMS sensors and reprogram the new sensors with their information,
I did this on my daughter’s car for her winter wheels, so no messing about programming the cars module, when changed to winter wheels the module sees the same codes,

If all you are wanting to do is fit new TPMS sensors then no programming (or cloning of sensors as suggested above) is required: just fit the new Ducato-compatible sensors and drive and the system will learn the new sensor IDs within a couple of miles. It should all be invisible and the TPMS light will not even illuminate.

We broke one of the tyre sensor valves on Julie's Peugeot car and it kept saying it was missing so got a new one off eBay for £17 and stick it in expecting all sorts of messages but no it just worked straight away with no messages.

Best idea is to get a major tyre company to change tyres. They are setup for TPMS and if they damage sensor while fitting a tyre they know how to sort it. Just fitting a new sensor and driving doesn't always work and trying to program them in with Multiecuscan is complicated.
On the other hand if you want to change the tyre pressure references then Multecuscan is the tool. Takes about 8 clicks of your mouse. Be aware though it will only change in bar and not psi.

a no fuss alternative is this
cheap as chips, and clever and informative - tells you all pressures on screen as well as temperatures, its on the dash or windscreen if you like, had it 12 months now and still working ! and solar powered so no wires
