I am always most careful to clean my Burstner with the correct products but have no idea of what to use in my oven to remove oil and grease stains from the grille burner and stainless interior. So I would be most grateful for some expert advice from the Funsters, thanks Trinity =",'=

nearly all oven cleaners are a strong alkaline solution. so there are loads of product that will help clean an oven. just ensure you rinse well after, because it can react with the stainless steel

Well we use ours loads, I give it a wipe over with warm soapy water before it cools down. the front is glass, have been tempted to take the glass home and put it in the dishwasher, but havent so far, do wash it in the sink at home in warm soapy water, after letting is soak for a bit.

It’s good for storing a loaf of bread in!

We've only ever done it once in seven years - just before we sold it.
It didn't seem too hard and worst around the tray supports but we only used a Flash type spray cleaner. I think because its stainless it cleans easily.

Arrr cheers all. I'll give it a go, and hopefully find it gentle product that won't require to much effort as it's near the floor & a real pain to access :-)
