Newbie question!

When hooked up on site, can i use my Tassimo machine or would this cause any damage of any kind if attempted?!

It wont 'damage' anything.

You have normal mains supply but limited by the EHU rating. In UK they are usually 16 amp. Overseas 6 or 10 or 16.

Just look at what your appliance takes.
If its over it will blow the breaker which is a PITA.

Subject to the amp rating of the hook up post, Yes you can use it no problem the machine will take about 4 amps at a guess so it would have to be a very low rated hook up to be a problem.

You can tell the rating of the hookup post, it will be written on the circuit breaker somewhere, in very small print. A number with a B or C in front of it. Like this one, which has 'B6' written on it, showing that it is a 6A breaker.
To find the maximum watts, multiply by the voltage, which will be 230V. So that will be 6 x 230 = 1380W. So as long as you don't try to take more than 1380W it will be fine. Your Tassimo will probably be 1000W to 1200W.

Campsite hookup posts are 6A at least, most are 10A and many are 16A. So yes, you can use your Tassimo, but probably not at the same time your water heater or fan heater.
