As the warmed air exiting the Eberspacher heater can be up to 110c, anyone had issues with their dogs getting to hot?

Assuming the dogs aren't caged/restrained they'll move away.
We've had hot air heating in houses and boats (inc Eberspacher & that unreliable English one, who's name I can't remember) and always at least two dogs. The two Dobermans we had couldn't get close enough to the gas powered domestic system we had, and it was too hot for my hand!

Lost count of the number of times we have had to move our mutts from infront of the open fire when the awful smell of their coats starting to singe started to waft around 😢
Same here ,she “Al put the dog out!” Me “he doesn’t want to go out ,I just let him in “ ,she “ No put him out ,his coats on fire!!!”
