Hook Up Sign

Hi,
Just noticed that the hook up logo on our panel (Elddis Encore 254, 2016 model, is no longer on. We have power for the kettle, the pump is working as are the internal lights, the hob.....also, the plug sign on the fridge is lit. Anyone any idea why the hook up sign is no longer on?

Is the hook up sign an indication that the 12v charger is not working. (faulty or switched off) it is like that on Bailey mhs so may be the same on Elddis

Same on our Chausson we need a new battery charger.

Check the kettle type plug is pushed fully home on the charger.

What’s the battery voltage?

Battery level is showing 14.6 has done for 3 hrs now.
Unsure what you mean by ketlle type plug on the charger? Is that a 3 pin?

The 14.6V confirms your battery is charging so plug possibly irrelevant , but the charger will probably have a plug in mains lead and might be loose

Just thought though, if you have solar that could achieve 14.6V as well today

As above, where your charger is the plug could have come loose.
