ASFAICS this could affect people travelling to Germany where you briefly pass through by Maastricht, Holland and German border in quick succession.

Wasn't much of a problem years ago so shouldn't be now. At least there won't be any currency changing to do now like there was then.

I imagine it would be even easier these days with anpr etc but it could be a potential source for delay for those rushing for ferries.

I don’t ever remember been held up by Dutch border patrols. When did they get rid of them?was it before 70s.
