Hi, thankyou for letting me join. I live in New Zealand, and own a Motorhome that was professionally built on a 1988, 8 ton truck chassis.

1988 Isuzu truck
Exp
Since 2010
The front axle weight is 3.0 ton.
The rear axle weight is 2.5 ton.
4 Wheels on the rear axle.
I inflate the front tyres 4.25 bar each.
I inflate the reat 4 tyres 3 bar each.
Is that correct?, looks ok.
Drive comfortable.
The tyre outfits overhere says all must be 80 lbs/ square inch.

What load rating are the tyres ? 3 tonnes on the front axle is heavy

If its Isuzu it will be forward control, this pushes the axle back a bit compared to the Dailies.

Mine is 8.6t on MAN. I ve got about 3.5t on front axle, mine runs pretty much at full weight if not slightly over. I'm running a lot more pressure Front 6.5bar Rear 5.5 and they don't look over inflated.

And 2.5tons on the rear is very light for an 8 ton truck and doesn't sound right. I would expect a lot more from a twin wheel axle.
Plus ...the two axle weights combine equal 5.5 tons, not 8.
