Moving vehicles around the EU should not be complicated, this is just one link that gives an outline of what you would need.

It is a commercial company who do this for money 😱but you should be able to pick out the info you need to do it yourself 😊, if it were me then I would have a go myself....at the minimum you can get it into Spain yourself, others on here will have done it and know how...
I am just doing the keyboard warrior thing to fill some time 🤔

Good luck.

If you speak Spanish there is a guy who has done it and explains how to do it with all the pitfalls

Just done that with a French registered car. There are many companies in Spain that will do this for you. With a motorhome the biggest problem will be that you’ll need the Certificate of Conformity. Any extras (tow bar, solar panels) fitted after registration can cause problems in the matriculation process.

This never applied to any EU vehicle or trailer we reregistered. all we ever did was poke the V5 & mot under the counter state we wanted it matriculated on to spanish plates ,pay 220€, have the mot & they download all info from computer system & print out the ficha tecnica without a registration number . Apart from on a Friday ,unless very early, as Madrid didn'tr work friday afternoons so you would have to wait until monday for the ficha. then it was either go to a gestoria & let him complete the rest or if you did it yourself it was
local hacienda( tax office) pay vehicle tax on chassis number (permiso)
On to Murcia city Trafico for us here, round to hacienda. , obtain form wait for number to be called, go to tax desk, pay any import tax due on age, make & model of vehicle, back to trafico, obtain form downstairs , fill in ,take up stairs with ficha, receipt showing permiso tax paid, import tax paid receipt, ITV;(mot),wait your turn ,hand it all over &:pray:you hadn't forgot anything, wait to be called & if all ok receive loads of tat back along with the ficha tecnica that now has a registration number. go & get some plates.
For us the novelty soon wore off & after obtaining the ficha we would give it all to Alphonso, where you can pay any impoort tax in his office on line, along with vehicle road tax, & within a week you'd have it all back.It was worth the charge he made as it was a minimum 160 km journey to Murcia & back & if there was a problem that was doubled so the fee was well worth it.
Also, doing it wourself, you will occasionally come up againsst the funcionario who doesn't want/like private citizens doing it themselves & will invent something to send you away. You need to know what all the rules are & have all the answers ready to prevent this.
As I say it is far easier ,& cheaper, doing it the first way by ITV'ing it yourself then handing to a gestoris as it saves the hourly cost for them to get it itv'd.

As said for any EU import this should never apply if it has been registered elsewhere in Europe. The EU directive is quite clear.
If it has already been registered in another eu state then nothing can be found to prevent it being reregistered in another country as it is deemed to be compliant as it has already been tested/inspected in a european country & has obviously complied with requirements as it is registered. Basically all they should be doing is an MOT, check that all chassis numbers are the same on the vehcile & the logbook, down load the exact make, model ,year & specs from there computer system, check that the length ,width, heighth are correct & that any extras comply, & that is it.

Any extras (tow bar, solar panels) fitted after registration can cause problems in the matriculation process.
& yes these can be a problem especially if,as it used to be with UK vehicles, nothing is on the log book..

We had a French car matriculated in February. Without the CoC, the car would have to had an additional inspection to ensure it conformed. Getting the CoC from Volvo France cost €70; much less than the inspection charge.
