I dont imagine a main dealer would sell just the clamp and screw, so try a scrap yard it looks like a standard fit on Peugeot/Citroen/Fiat.

Hi - that's a very small part to be advertised on websites, you might be better ringing an auto parts place like this or just buying the whole mirror off ebay.
