Help with washroom vent leak

The toilet/washroom roof vent is leaking and so far I have no dea how to remove it? It doesn't help that hasn't stopped raining all day and the bedroom Heki is dripping! The roof is very clean though (maybe a bit over zealous with gunge around all the roof vents!)https://photos.app.goo.gl/fa7d5rJ2keY1yfif9

Can you weight a bucket down over it? Perhaps some sticky back foam around the rim.

as its dripping inside the vent i would look for a crack in the dome with extreme weather its possible for water to be blown in

With heavy rain and high winds ours can let in water even if closed. Luckily any that gets in will find its way out of the shower drain.

Ours is the same. A few drips in heavy rain with high winds.

It has dripped occasionally when the rain is bad but its light rain and still coming in. Its the round type that has a handle/loop to push up or pull down.
